Born on July 16, 2021, in the midst of a semi-pandemic world, Bitters & Co. was created with a simple intention; to shake up Nepal’s nascent cocktail scene. Luxuriously soft on the palate. Refined, luxurious, and exquisitely smooth, Two-faced bastard is clarified through milk to achieve a silky, velvety texture. A blend of blended Scotch, cognac, Dom Benedictine, lime juice, and Demerara sugar creates a drink that is at once sweet, bright, and effortlessly elegant. Silky, sophisticated, and intriguingly layered with herbal notes.
